Novaglobal has successfully completed a second Animation & Media Rendering facility for a local polytechnic. The facility consists of two separate workstation farms, each with its own control computer. All the 62 workstations within the farms are of capable of dual functions, as an end-user workstation or switch mode automatically to become a rendering computer when not in use. Hosted software are Maya, 3DS max and After Effect Pro. The farms are managed by Enfuzion Render Farm Management software.

Novaglobal has successfully integrated an IBM Blade HPCC (High Performance Computing Cluster) to an Illumina Genetic Analyzer for a local cancer research centre; and a 1U HPCC to an Applied Biosystems Genetic Analyzer running SOLiD software suite, all in a row. The longer term plan is to integrate Accelrys Pipeline Pilot to the systems to facilitate efficient management, handling and analysis on the data flood from massive and complex genomic data sets.
