APRIL 2016: MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PERDANA UNIVERSITY AND NOVAGLOBAL PTE LTD
Perdana University and NovaGlobal Pte Ltd entered into a memorandum of understanding on April 26, 2016, to collaborate and give effect to their common objectives of growing and developing informatics research, education and services.
The purpose of this MoU is to establish a framework for collaboration between Perdana University and NovaGlobal Pte Ltd for the following:
a. Establish a student internship scheme;
b. Set up an exchange scheme for teaching, research, and development resources; and
c. Develop from time to time collaborative programs of mutual benefit
The MoU was signed by Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Syed Ahmad Bin Hussein as the Perdana University representative and Mr. Ivan Ho Pak Kin as the NovaGlobal Pte Ltd representative. The signing was witnessed by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammad Asif Khan, Director of the Centre for Bioinformatics and Ms. Nurul Salwanie Che Wahid, Executive Officer of the Asia-Pacific BioInformatics Network (APBioNet).
